Slick as a Dog

Our riff on a Manhattan, with an Irish heart. seasoned and sweetened. Great up or on the rocks, we like to pre-batch a few to sip with friends over a seaside sunset in Limavady.

What you need

2 oz Limavady Single Barrel Irish Whiskey
½ oz White Vermouth
½ oz Sweet Vermouth
2 dashes of Angustora Bitters

What you do

Add the whiskey, white vermouth, sweet vermouth, and bitters into a mixing glass with ice.
Stir until well-chilled.
Strain into a coupe glass.
Garnish with a cherry and flamed lemon twist.
